Plan the Complete Production Area

The machine-only footprint is approximately 1,730 × 3,700 mm. A complete project also needs clear areas for raw materials, mixing, operator access, pallet movement, curing and finished-product storage.

  • Raw-material storage and delivery access
  • Mixing, machine and operator working zones
  • Fresh-product transfer and curing flow
  • Electrical supply, water and safe maintenance access
  • Finished-product handling and loading space
Factory preparation and shipment

Reference records are described as factory preparation and shipment unless a completed installation is independently documented.

Support through first production

Configuration guidance, shipment preparation, installation support, operator training, warranty and spare-parts terms are defined in the written commercial documents.
