MEGA M-PR 3.1
Semi-Automatic Concrete
Block and Paving Machine
Build a practical production line for hollow blocks, paving units, curbstones and hollow-floor blocks with one semi-automatic machine and interchangeable moulds.
*Published planning figures, not guaranteed output. Final performance and configuration depend on the selected mould, product geometry, mix design, electrical standard, operator workflow, site readiness and written quotation.
Understandable Semi-Automatic Production
The M-PR 3.1 combines material preparation, transfer, hydraulic pressing, vibration, pallet output and manual pallet movement. Operators remain responsible for mix quality, machine control, fresh-product handling, curing and daily workflow.
- Prepare the concrete mixControl raw-material proportions and consistency for the selected product.
- Transfer material to the mouldMove the prepared mix through the published hopper and conveyor configuration.
- Vibrate and pressRun the hydraulic and vibration cycle for the installed mould.
- Move fresh productsTransfer the pallet from the output table to the curing area.
- Cure, return and repeatOrganize curing, pallet return and a steady operator workflow.
A Complete Production Set Built Around the Press
